Overview

This point datalayer contains the locations of tollbooths in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. These facilities are located along the Massachusetts Turnpike between Berkshire and Boston. There are also tollbooths for the Ted Williams and Sumner tunnels, and the Tobin Bridge. The layer identifies the facility owner, the location, and routes served.

Production

The locations of the tollbooths were digitized from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts 1:5000 color orthophoto imagery.
