Thank you for reading this update to the MassDOT Highway Division ScoreCard. MassDOT is committed to excellent customer service, and providing the nation's safest, most reliable highway network.

The Patrick-Murray Administration continues to reverse decades of transportation infrastructure neglect with record-levels of investment which is putting people to work repairing our roads and bridges. In every corner of the Commonwealth, we are investing in projects that are creating jobs and improving infrastructure today, to lay the foundation for long-term economic growth.

Now that MassDOT has reorganized as a result of transportation reform, you will notice much of the data shown in this report is presented as a unified agency.

Performance driven management is an important element of our new way of doing business at MassDOT. Building on the important lessons of the MassDOT Highway Division ScoreCard performance measurement, and project controls in the Accelerated Bridge Program, our goal continues to be a national leader in performance management.
